Our beautiful studios offer a well-designed and functional day–night living space, featuring a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bed, and a sofa that can be converted into a single bed or bunk bed. The accommodation is completed by a spacious bathroom with shower and a quiet rear-facing balcony, equipped with a drying rack, ideal for relaxing moments outdoors.
An exception is the new Studio Apartment 403, recently built on the fourth floor, featuring one double bed and one fixed single bed, a modern accessible bathroom equipped for guests with disabilities, with a shower and handheld bidet spray (without a traditional bidet), as well as a private balcony.
STUDIO WITH SIDE SEA VIEW
On the first floor, our spacious and bright Large Studio is available, featuring generous living spaces, a double bed and two sofas that can be converted into single beds, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with shower.
The accommodation is completed by a pleasant, long terrace with side sea view, furnished with a small table and chairs—the ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee in complete tranquillity.
SEAFRONT STUDIO APARTMENT WITH TERRACE
The studio apartment, located on the first floor, offers a functional and bright space, enhanced by a large seafront terrace equipped with a dining table, ideal for enjoying a splendid view of the beach.
Although it is a studio apartment, the interior spaces are spacious and well organized thanks to a sleeping area with a double bed and a living area with two sofas that can be converted into single beds.
STANDARD ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT
Our three Standard One-Bedroom Apartments feature a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa that can be converted into a single bed or bunk bed. In the bright living area, there is a second sofa that can be converted into a single bed, with the possibility of adding an extra sleeping space.
The accommodation is completed by two rear-facing balconies, providing ventilation and added comfort to the living spaces.
ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH SIDE SEA VIEW
On the second and third floors, there are two particularly bright One-Bedroom Apartments. The living room is furnished with a sofa that can be converted into two single beds, while the bedroom features a double bed and a single bed.
The living spaces are enhanced by three balconies, two of which offer a pleasant side sea view and a glimpse of the surrounding hills, overlooking the entrance of White on Via Agordat.

Ideal for large families or for those seeking greater privacy, our two Two-Bedroom Apartments on the upper floors offer two double bedrooms, one of which features a 160 cm bed, as well as two bathrooms. The living room is furnished with a sofa that can be converted into a bunk bed.
The accommodation is completed by three balconies: one overlooking the sea directly and two with side sea views and views of the hills of the Romagna hinterland.
TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH DIRECT SEA VIEW AND TERRACE
On the first floor, a wonderful and generously sized Two-Bedroom Apartment awaits you, featuring two double bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a 160 cm bed, and two bathrooms, one of which includes a hydromassage shower with chromotherapy. The living room offers two comfortable sofas.
The spacious terrace, furnished with a table for up to six people and chairs, offers the ideal setting for outdoor lunches and dinners, with the stunning sea view providing the perfect backdrop for your holiday.
SUITE
On the top floor is our exclusive Suite, completely renovated with luxury furnishings and featuring a private jacuzzi for up to four people. It offers a side sea view and overlooks the property’s panoramic terrace.
The Suite features a double bedroom, a second room with a double sofa bed, and two bathrooms, ensuring maximum comfort throughout your stay. It is also equipped with four balconies, offering views of the sea and the hills of the Romagna hinterland.
